1. All parts purchased by customer are subject to  Customer Glass Solutions’ Windshield and Laminated Side Window Limited Warranty in effect at the time of order.
  2. All RV parts purchased by customer must be inspected upon delivery.
  3. Customer must promptly notify Custom Glass Solutions in writing of any alleged defect. Notifications sent via email must be sent to serviceparts@cgsllc.com.
  4. Any request by customer for credit due to a defect must be accompanied by a photograph of Customer Glass Solutions’ logo on the part, as well as clear photographs of the alleged defect. Such photographs may be emailed to serviceparts@cgsllc.com.
  5. All RV parts ordered incorrectly by customer may be returned by customer within 7 days of receiving the incorrectly ordered parts. Customer Glass Solutions will credit the net selling price for each undamaged returned part. Shipping and other costs of return will be at customer’s sole risk and expense.
  6. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned parts.
  7. Packaging costs will not be refunded for any returned part.
